Creator Agreement

This Agreement applies to every creator using The Setup marketplace to receive brand campaigns and payouts. It is additional to the Terms of Service.

1. Truthful profile. Your bio, metrics, location, and portfolio must be accurate. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate suspension and revocation of certificates.

2. Verification levels. Trust Levels 1–4 reflect academies completed, delivery history, and identity checks. Levels are earned, not sold. The Setup may adjust your level based on activity and results.

3. Applications. When you apply to a campaign, your proposed price is a binding offer for 7 days unless withdrawn. Ghosting a brand after acceptance affects your delivery record.

4. Contracts & deliverables. Once a brand accepts, a contract is generated. You must deliver on time, at the agreed quality, and in the agreed formats. Late or non-delivery may reduce payout, downgrade your level, or trigger a dispute.

5. Content ownership. Unless the brief says otherwise, you retain authorship of raw content and grant the brand an unlimited licence to use the delivered assets for the campaign purpose. You may not resell the same delivered assets to competitors.

6. Payment. Funds sit in escrow. You are paid the agreed amount minus platform commission (stated at deal time) when the brand approves the deliverable. Withdraw via the methods in your wallet.

7. Disputes. If a brand rejects your delivery, respond within 48 hours. The Setup mediates and, where evidence supports it, may release part or all of the escrowed amount.

8. Conduct. Be professional. No harassment, no discrimination, no illegal content. Repeated complaints are grounds for suspension.

9. Exclusivity. No exclusivity is required. You may work with any brand outside The Setup — but campaigns initiated here must be completed here.

10. Termination. You may leave anytime; pending campaigns must still be completed or cancelled per Section 7. Serious breach is grounds for termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
